Wisconsin Cream Ale, 4.8% ABV. Crisp cracker malt right up front, followed by a building subdued sweetness that lends the front and middle a subtle, dry cider-like quality. In that creamy middle, there are notes of bready malts, corn, cracked pepper, lemon, and more nondescript fruit.
